Almost 8 Weeks Old

Well Aiden is going to be 8 weeks old this Saturday.  I can’t believe how much he has already changed.  Plus, he is flipping over.  This kid is determined!  I suspect he will be a handful once he is able to crawl and then walk.  Here are some updated pictures.  I still can’t believe how much he has already changed!

He told us he was going to go and look for a job.  We just have to help him with his resume.

Look, he is already dressed up and ready to join the workforce!

He’s learning to smile a little more!

He’s practicing his Karate!

He loves watching a little TV.

And lastly, he is a goofball.

Here’s Aiden!!!!

We absolutely love this little dude!  If this doesn’t get him a job, nothing will!  :)

My Child

Well everyone!  It seems the task of getting caught up became a little daunting and I kept putting it off.  I will eventually update the last year and a half, but for now, I should update our most recent events!  I am excited to say that Aiden Griffin has joined us in the outside world.  This first month has been quite the learning experience for both Jonathan and I, but we are loving parenthood.  And I absolutely love this kid!!!  I can’t believe how blessed we are!  This little dude is the sweetest little baby!  It appears Heavenly Father was kind with the first one.  Here are some pictures of our sweet little boy.

He’s really trying to figure out that calculus problem!

Now if Mom and Dad could just get a little sleep.  Ha ha.  :)

Almost One Year Later

Hello everyone!  I know I have disappeared off the face of the planet.  It seems school, work and life in general took over my existence and refused to give it back until just recently.  I am excited to say that finally, after 10 years of changing majors and deciding what I want to do, I have finally finished my bachelor’s degree!  Suddenly I am finding myself with time to do all kinds of things.  And as evidenced by this post, it seems one of those things is finally updating the Griffin blog!  A lot has happened in the last year.  I will do my best to get pictures posted of Jonathan and my various adventures over the last year.  Just so you know what you can expect to appear on this site.  Jonathan and I bought a house, went to Salt Lake City for conference (and were able to see my little brother while on his mission…as luck would have it), went to Disneyland, and then I walked across the stage!  My parents also came into town a couple of times, but unfortunately we do not have any pictures of that, so there will not be a post reflecting this visit.  However, as always, it was awesome!  It was a great way to spend Christmas and New Years!  :)
